The invention relates to a device for the correction of the eye refractive anomalies. According to the invention, it comprises, optically coupled between them, a pulse laser 4 to ultraviolet of a wavelength of 223 nm, a former 5 of a coherent light beam, a slit mask 6 with a command communicating a rotary movement and a former 8 of the image of the mask 6 on the surface 1 of the cornea 2 of the eye 11; the mask 6 has at least two slots in the form of petals and identical rotation axially symmetric ensures even distribution of ultraviolet radiation exposure of the surface of the cornea 1 2. The invention s applies in particular in ophthalmology.
