The invention discloses a method for rapidly producing tubificidae used as an initial feed of mud fish fries. The method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting and reconstructing a culture pond; (2) introducing and inoculating the tubificidae; (3) selecting and applying a culture feed; (4) beating the culture pond and carrying out field drying; (5) managing water depth and water quality of the culture pond; (6) harvesting and purifying the tubificidae; (7) temporarily breeding and storing; and (8) transporting and selling. According to the method for rapidly producing t tubificidae serving as the initial feed of the mud fish fries, disclosed by the invention, the yield of the tubificidae can be increased by about 20-30 percent, so that the demand of fresh and alive feeds for large-scale production of the mud fishes is met. The tubificidae can be industrially produced all the year around, the yield of the tubificidae per mu can reach 4000kg, the breeding of the tubificidae is beneficial to the protection of the land and the conservation of water and grains; by adopting cheapest animal waste, the feed of the mud fish fries, with extremely high protein, is produced.
