Method for manufacturing curved display panel

The purpose of the present invention is to manufacture a curved display panel which is curved up to a small radius of curvature while maintaining good displaying performance. The method for manufacturing a curved display panel of the present invention is provided with: a supporting step for respectively supporting support substrates (50, 60), which have greater thicknesses than those of a pair of substrates (20A, 30A) and have flexibility, on the surfaces at one side of the pair of flexible substrates (20A, 30A); a thin film pattern forming step for respectively forming thin film patterns on the surfaces at the other side of the pair of substrates (20A, 30A) after the supporting step; a bonding step for forming a bonded substrate (70) by bonding surfaces, on which the thin film patterns on the pair of substrates (20A, 30A) are formed, to each other through a sealing agent after the thin film pattern forming step; a first curving step for making the bonded substrate (70) curve while curing the sealing agent after the bonding step; a peeling step for peeling the support substrates (50, 60) from the bonded substrate (70) after the first curving step; and a second curving step for further curving the bonded substrate (70) after the peeling step.
