Butadiene Production Method from butanediols

The invention relates to a process for producing 1,3-butanediene from a butanediol feed comprising at least: a) an esterification step of butanediol with a carboxylic acid to form the corresponding diester, fed by the said charge and butanediol with a carboxylic acid feed comprising a carboxylic acid feed and the pyrolysis liquid effluent from step b), and producing at least one carboxylic acid diester effluent and effluent; b) a pyrolysis step of the diester effluent from step a) comprising a reaction section and a separating section and producing at least one liquid pyrolysis effluent comprising at least 50% by weight carboxylic acid and an effluent pyrolysis vapor comprising more than 90% by weight of butadiene; c) a distillation step fed by at least one carboxylic acid effluent from step a) and producing an aqueous distillate and a carboxylic acid residue; d) a carboxylic acid of the drying step at least supplied by the carboxylic acid residue from step c) and producing an effluent water and carboxylic acid product feeding step a).
