Ratings and Rankings of Personal Level

This chapter describes the next underlying level of ratings on the domestic level. They are: ratings of regions, companies and academic researchers. Many authors transfer the methodology from higher levels, however the opposite direction movement seems to be more promising. For example, in science the citation index still depends on the total number of references, not on the ratio of incoming and outgoing references. Thus the rating of a scholar depends on his area of activities and/or unfair competition.
