Corrosion behavior of aisi304 stainless steel in paraquat herbicide and deltamethrin pesticide

2017
Corrosion due to reaction with agricultural toxins is one of the factors that limiting the metal sprayers tank lifetime. Use of Agricultural pesticides just is the effective method for control the insect growth, weeds and herbal disease agents.Corrosion is occurred in all of main sets, but there it is most in metals Agricultural sprayers are usually made of galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum and plastic. The best tank genus is stainless steel. The tanks made of this genus are the most expensive type of reservoir. The purpose of this study was to investigate the rate of the AISI 304 stainless steel corrosion homosexual with Sprayer Tank Alloys in herbicide Paraquat and Deltamethrin pesticide. For this purpose, samples were prepared in specific dimensions and exposed to reaction with corrosive solutions composed of paraquat and deltamethrin Toxins. Then, the migration rate of Fe metal ions, which was the main ingredient of the AISI304 stainless steel, was measured as a measure of corrosion rate of samples by atomic absorption method. The results showed that corrosion rate of stainless steel by paraquat toxin was significantly higher than that of deltamethrin and this amount is obtained in Paraguay and Deltameth 17/735 ppm and 0/371 ppm, respectively.
