The invention provides a method for synthesizing monopotassium phosphate by using extraction tail liquid. The method comprises the following steps: crystallization edulcoration, desulfurization, concentrating, neutral reaction, decolorization, concentrating and crystallizing, centrifugal separation and drying. After drying, an industrial monopotassium phosphate product is obtained. In addition, the invention further provides a device for synthesizing the monopotassium phosphate by using the extraction tail liquid. The extraction tail liquid generated in a wet-process phosphoric acid refining production process is fully used to synthesize the monopotassium phosphate, and is effectively recycled, and therefore, the purposes of saving energy and reducing emission are achieved.
