Nitro(α,β,γ,δ‐tetra­phenyl­porphyrinato)­cobalt(III) benzene solvate

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Co(C44H28N4)(NO2)]·C6H6, the CoIII atom has a distorted square–pyramidal coordination, with the nitro ligand at the apical position. The Co—N(nitro) bond distance is 1.880 (3) A.
