Power LED using the phosphor-type heat conducting structure

2011
The present invention discloses a light emitting diode capable of using the power conducting structure of the phosphor, LED chip bonding area above the center of the heat sink, the upper edge region of the heat sink by a thermally conductive glue with annular ceramic sheet, the ceramic ring an adhesive on the phosphor sheet fin, the positive and negative electrodes are fabricated flexible PCB bonded to the phosphor insulating heat sink, both the positive and negative electrodes through bonding wires connected to the LED chip, the phosphor is mounted on a heat sink optical lens, the light emitted from the LED chip through the optical lens exit, characterized in that: the optical lens includes a lens layer coated on one side, a lens layer with a phosphor layer, the phosphor layer provided on the other side of the transfer coating, the heat transfer coating extending to the bottom of the optical lens. Phosphor of the present invention the temperature can be reduced to a lower temperature, to ensure the life of the phosphor, the phosphor color shift avoiding high temperature problems, but also reduces the overall operating temperature of the LED.
