Týmová práce a její vliv na zvyšování výkonnosti firmy

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the impact of teamwork on improving the performance of the company L'Oreal. Work includes basic theoretical definition of team, teamwork, motivation and performance. The emphasis is on working charakcteristics of team L'Oreal and appreciation of creativity, commitment and team productivity. At the end, the results obtained are evaluated in the context of the theoretical background and proposed recommendations for improvement.
