PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT KAMPUNG BAUSASRAN OLEH PEMERINTAH KOTA YOGYAKARTA MELALUI PROGRAM KAMPUNG SAYUR

This study aims to examine the community empowerment process of Bausasran Villagethrough the Vegetable Village Program in Bausasran Village, Bausasran Village, DanurejanDistrict, Yogyakarta City. This study used a qualitative approach with the informants of thehead of the farmer group Gemah Ripah, the Head of Bausasran Sayur Village, the Head of theSection for Consumption Development, Food Alertness and Extension at the Yogyakarta CityDepartment of Agriculture and Food. The data collection technique was done by interviewingand observing the informants. To test the validity of the data, using triangulation of sources.The results showed that the process of community empowerment in Bausasran Village throughthe Sayur Village Program was carried out in three stages, namely: awareness, capacities.Empowerment is carried out by giving full authority to the group to carry out the official andsub-district Vegetable Village Program only as a companion to the activity
