The invention discloses a high-energy beam additive manufacturing method of suspended structures of a metal part. The high-energy beam additive manufacturing method comprises the following steps that firstly, a metal part overall forming process model is built; secondly, the overall forming process model is split; thirdly, the fixed structure, shape and size of a supporting substrate formed by each suspended structure are determined; fourthly, in the forming direction, the model structure of a first part is firstly formed, the first supporting substrate is mounted and fixed through the fixed structure corresponding to the first suspended structure after forming is completed, then the model structure of a second part continues to be formed, the first suspended structure is formed with the first supporting substrate as the standard while the model structure of the second part is formed, and finally forming of the model structures of the subsequent parts and the suspended structures is sequentially completed according to the same method to obtain the overall metal part; and fifthly, after the formed metal part is subjected to heat treatment, the supporting substrates, base materials and part allowances are removed, and an all-metal additive manufacturing component with the suspended structures is obtained.
