Refugees suffer from a lack of institutional and administrative continuity and experience a succession of separations. Compassionate and sustained links with a single institution, whatever ups and downs they encounter on their journey in Europe, can encourage integration and support the individual therapeutic work. The care can thereby become a factor in a more collective transmission within the population supported by the same institution.
