According to the movable side body structure of the triple-hulled vessel, a main deck (2) of a main vessel body (1) extends towards two sides; two auxiliary decks (3) are arranged at the lower part of the extended parts at two sides; a plurality of T-shaped grooves (7) perpendicular to axes of the main vessel body (1) are arranged at the lower surface of the auxiliary decks (3); an axis perpendicular to a side vessel body (4), and T-shaped flange slide blocks (5) which are matched with the grooves (7) in number and shape are arranged above the side vessel body (4); the flange slide blocks (5) above the side vessel bodies at two sides are respectively embedded into the grooves (7) at the lower surface of the auxiliary decks (3) at two sides of the main vessel body (1); a distance (on the auxiliary decks (3) and perpendicular to the axis of the main vessel body (1)) of between the side vessel bodies (4) is pushed or pulled by a boosting mechanism, and is locked by a locking mechanism. By optimizing positions of the side vessel bodies, the vessel structure is applicable to various stormy wave degrees and stormy wave directions, and resistance to vessel bodies is reduced, and advantages of the triple-hulled vessel can be brought into play sufficiently.
