A Gene Selection Method Based On Nonlinear Dimension Reduction and Procrustes Analysis

A novel gene selection method based on nonlinear dimension reduction and statistical shape analysis was introduced.This method could keep the original data structure well,and eliminate the requirement on the information of sample class.The application of this method on three real microarray data verifies the novel method's superiority over method based on linear dimension reduction.The comparison of the novel method with other sophisticated gene selection methods has also proved its success.
