Continuing education and learning society

The paper discussed the basic concepts of lifetime education,lifetime learning and learning society,and their theory's formation and development.The author proposed the ideas on how to build learning society.Especially,the author claimed that college should build learning college,and enterprise should build learning enterprise in the course of building learning society.
