Cisto dermóide intracraniano

A case of a patient with a frontobasal dermoid cyst with rare pathological characteristics given to its great extensios in presented with. The cystic form presents a linear growth index, diferently of the exponential growth of neoplastic tumors, owing to the delayed clinical manifestations, like convulsions or syndrome of intracranial hypertension. In the present case the location of the cyst involved deep structures, resulting in the partial removal with remaining portions of the capsulate after the operation.
