The invention discloses a visual intelligent ceramic needle knife which comprises a handle, an image processing and displaying module, a power supply, a signal amplifier, a lighting mechanism adjuster, a straight knife rod, a signal transmission line, a knife head rod, a lighting mechanism and a waterproof microscope lens. As the waterproof microscope lens is arranged in a groove in the knife head rod, the part where the knife head rod reaches can be imaged; the images shot by the waterproof microscope lens can be transmitted to the signal amplifier through the signal transmission line to be amplified and then displayed on the image processing and displaying module; a doctor can control the position of the knife head rod in real time by observing the images on the image processing and displaying module; thus, the intelligence and the visualization of the needle knife are achieved, and the problem that some doctors are short of experience to cause treatment accidents is solved.
