The invention relates to a structure for mounting and positioning a vertical fan blade of a cooling fan, which comprises an air outlet frame, a synchronous motor, an oscillating bar, an eccentric wheel and the vertical fan blade and is characterized by further comprising a locking block, wherein the locking block is matched with one end of the air outlet frame in a close manner, or is fixed by a screw after being inserted, the synchronous motor is fixed at the other end part of the air outlet frame and drives the eccentric wheel, the eccentric wheel drives the oscillating bar, and a mounting hole is arranged in the oscillating bar; an inserting hole is arranged at one end of the air outlet frame, and a clamping fastener is arranged at the other end of the air outlet frame; an inserting shaft and an oscillating shaft are arranged at one end of the vertical fan blade, a clamping shaft is arranged at the other end of the vertical fan blade, the inserting shaft is inserted in the inserting hole, the oscillating shaft is located in the mounting hole, and the clamping shaft is clamped in the clamping fastener; and a positioning structure is arranged on the locking block and used for axially positioning the clamping shaft. The structure can be mounted in the cooling fan simply and conveniently in the assembly and use processes and can be used for preventing the vertical fan blade from fracturing and loosening, so that noise caused by air oscillation can be effectively controlled, and the structure has the characteristics of simple and reasonable structure, convenience and flexibility for operation and the like.
