[An at-risk pregnancy caused by an irregular complement-activating nonspecific alloantibody in maternal serum].

1988
Case study on a pregnancy in which antibodies against high-incidence erythrocytic antigens were detected in maternal serum. Cause of formation and specificity of these antibodies is not known. On the one hand the risk of hemolytic disease of the newborn was recognised. On the other hand for the mother, no compatible blood could be found.
