The business plan is being developed in base of the capabilities to create a 3D effect interior design enterprise, using imported resins as raw material. This project is based on a qualitative and quantitative research, which will give us a clear idea about how this project will be developed over the time. It was used PESTEL analysis for developing this project, noticing aspects such as economic, social, technological, ecological and political which helped to identify key factors to develop an enterprise in Ecuador as well as how quickly it can start its operations. On the other hand, it was considered the 5 PORTER forces to analyze the opportunities and threats in the market. Thus, interviews were conducted with experts in the area of interior design to be able to gather information about the industry. In addition, with the information acquired, a Focus Group and Surveys were developed to help identify consumer trends in the Quito´s market. For this reason, a business opportunity analysis was done, based in aspects which makes this project viable. By this way, making the marketing plan, all strategies to help to develop this project were considered, emphasizing the price, plaza, product and promotion. Where it was considered both the ideal places where the company and its points of sale will be placed. In addition, a linear organizational structure and the materials and tools that will be required during the first five years of the project. For this reason, the financial analysis shows the sales projections that are incurred in the first years of operation. In this way, the feasibility of the project and its recovery based on the results and the analysis with respect to the industry are observed.
