Training of New Formation Engineering Pedagogical Personnel to Implement the Industrial and Innovation Policy of Kazakhstan

This article looks at an innovative approach to engineering and pedagogical personnel training based on the continuity of professional and pedagogical education, and its implementation, at Karaganda State Technical University (college—higher education institution—post-graduate education—professional development). Presented are the results of a project entitled “Innovative approach development to engineering and pedagogical personnel training for industrial and innovative development of Kazakhstan”; functional components of pedagogical system of engineering and pedagogical personnel continuous professional education based on competence approach by means of dual model implementation; engineer-teacher matrix of competencies. The latter is an auxiliary tool that combines the results of training with the disciplines in which these competencies will be formed.
