SÍTIO ARQUEOLÓGICO: UM EXEMPLAR DE TERRITÓRIO(S)

O presente artigo tem como objetivo discutir os conceitos de territorio e identidade a partir da experiencia propiciada pelas atividades do Projeto Paranapanema (ProjPar), no municipio de Iepe-SP, envolvendo salvamentos arqueologicos de sitios cerâmicos pertencentes a grupos indigenas Guarani pre-coloniais. Desenvolver essas atividades arqueologicas significa trabalhar com a preservacao de bens culturais sob a tematica de patrimonio cultural brasileiro. Nessa perspectiva, para entendimento do conceito territorio, de maneira geral, interessa-nos a ligacao de cunho afetivo, cultural, politico e economico que o homem na sua relacao de sociedade/grupos estabelece frente a um dado local. Assim, considerando que sempre havera formas novas junto com formas velhas num dado local, o sitio arqueologico e tomado como referencia do tempo no lugar, o qual da um sentido de identidade ao ser re-apropriado como um exemplar da memoria coletiva brasileira. ARCHAEOLOGYCAL SITE: A COPY OF TERRITORY (IES) Abstract This present article has the aim of debating the concepts of territory and identity from the experience furnished by the activities of the Paranapanema Project (ProjPar), in the town of Iepe-SP, involving archaeological saving of sites belonging to pre-colonial Guarani indigenous groups. Developing these archaeological activities means to work with the preservation of cultural resources under the theme of Brazilian cultural patrimony. In this perspective, for the understanding of the concept of territory, in general, we are interested in the affective, political and economical link that man in his society relationship establish before a local datum. Thus, considering that there will always be new forms with old forms in a given place, the archaeological site is taken as reference of time in the place, which gives a sense of identity to be retaken as an example of the collective Brazilian memory.
