A Study on Self-efficacy of Career Decision-making in Private College Undergraduates

450 students are interviewed by cluster sampling from private colleges in Zhejiang province using the questionnaire of The Undergraduate's Self-efficacy in Career Decision-making edited by Long Lirong and Peng Yongxin.The results show that :There is significant difference of each dimension of self-efficacy in career decision-making between private college undergraduates and their peers in public colleges;Male students have significantly higher self-efficacy than female students in object-selection,plan-making and problem-solving;There is no significant difference of self-efficacy in students' sources and majors.
