Data characterizing the biosynthesis of secondary carotenoids in green microalgae Scotiellopsis rubescens under natural insolation and temperature using different stress-factors are given. The necessity of choice of carotenogenesis inductors depending on abiotic conditions of cultivation is demonstrated.
