Effects of Film Packages on the Storage Quality of Winter Jujube During Cold Storage

Effects of film packages on the winter Jujube which were harvested in wihte ripe season possesses and were storaged at 0℃ were studied.The results showed that film package played an important role in keeping fruit firmness,repressing the accumulation of ethanol vastly,restraining the incidence of changing red and decay.But the effects of MA package to the contents of TSS,VCand titratable acid are slightly.It was proved by this study the 30 μm film package treatment preasented the best effect.
