A newblind datahiding methodisproposed basedona novelconcept offorbidden zone, wherenoalteration is allowed inahostsignal during message embedding step. Depending onthedesired probability oferror, therange of theforbidden zonevaries, asa compromise between robustness andembedding distortion. Hence, theproposed methodmakesuseofthis zonethrough asingle control parameter inconjunction withmodulating quantizers for messageembedding. Thesuperiority oftheproposed schemeoverQIM ispresented theoretically, aswell empirically viasimulations. Themethod isfurther compared withDC-QIMandits weaknesses andstrengths arestated.
