Automobile microwave radar anti-collision early-warning method and system based on video fusion

2015
The invention discloses an automobile microwave radar anti-collision early-warning method based on video fusion. A radar sensor detects a target in front, a camera acquires video images in front, and the detected target data and the acquired video data are sent to a video fusion and display terminal; and the video fusion and display terminal receives the target data, collision alarming discrimination is performed on the target, video fusing and warning are carried out according to the collision alarming discrimination result, after video fusion, the target image of the video displayed on the display screen is finally marked with the target through different signs in real time, and meanwhile, the target is displayed on an analog lane displayed on the display screen through different signs in real time. The invention also discloses a system for implementing the method. As video and radar data are fused, a user can learn about the road conditions in front; a sound alarm can be given according to the 'dangerous target collision judgment criterion' to prompt a driver that a danger exists in front, so that the misjudgment rate is reduced; and the automobile microwave radar anti-collision early-warning system can be conveniently mounted on an uneven automobile central control platform.
