The relationships developed study in the social and school environment becomes present as it understands that factors that threaten this interaction may directly affect the teaching and student learning process. The objective of the research was to evaluate the social relationships with the quality of life of high school students belonging to public schools through the questionnaire WHOQOL bref. It is a cross-sectional study, descriptive, with quantitative approach. The methodology used was a questionnaire structured with three questions equivalent to the social field, the sample consisted of 222 students aged 15-17 years, of both sexes. The results showed that the quality of life of students had an average score of 67.45 which means that in the question social relations the quality of life is good, according to sex men showed values with average score of 68.41 and women 66.49. On the issue of the age of domain quality of life social relationships of students aged 17 had higher scores with 70.26 and bottom for pupils aged 15 to 65.88. However, attention to student is essential and understanding the relationships developed not only in schools and out of this. Further studies need to be performed since they contribute to those involved in social practices realize their potential with regard to its insertion in society and student development.
