POT-sideDCB-POT; A novel technique for treating coronary bifurcation lesions.

ABSTRACT The rePOT technique is a novel and easy applicable approach for coronary bifurcations. Drug coated balloon (DCB) angioplasty is a technology increasingly being utilized in the management of small vessels and coronary bifurcation lesions. Herewith we propose a new approach for coronary bifurcation lesions with the application of DCB to treat the side-branch in addition to the rePOT technique, the POT-sideDCB-POT technique.
