Protein Structure Analysis by CD, FTIR, and Raman Spectroscopies

2017
The higher-order structure of proteins, particularly their secondary structure, determines to large part their behaviour, function, and properties. As such, protein structure analysis is a crucial part of understanding the processes of biochemistry and biophysics. Moreover, many biopharmaceuticals are protein-based, whereupon the development of well-characterized and consistent therapeutics relies on the precise determination of their structural features.
