청년의 주거 정보·교육·상담 프로그램 요구도 기초연구

This study was aimed to explore young persons' needs of housing information, education and counseling programs in order to provide information for development and implementation of such programs targeting young persons. During September 2018, an on-line questionnaire survey was conducted to 1,000 never-married young persons aged between 19 and 39 years and the data were analyzed statistically using IBM SPSS 24.0. Major findings were as follows: (1) Most preferred topics were financial support programs, basic information on housing contract and moving, housing maintenance, etc. (2) More than 75% showed their intention to participate in any future housing information, education and counseling programs. (3) Overall, respondents were shown to perceive housing information, education and counseling program very important in preventing and solving housing problems. (4) Respondents perceived it important for programs to have official confidence. (4) Among diverse public and private entities, respondent were found to trust professional entities (e.g., housing-related public institutes, housing welfare centers, professional research and education institutions such as university) more as providers of housing information, education and counseling programs.
