Ship cabin data observing and controlling system based on OPC technology

2009
A CAN-BUS in-situ bus network and a TCP/IP network are arranged between a ship management level and a ship in-situ system, a host system, an auxiliary boiler system, a central air-conditioning system and a power station are each provided with a CAN bus module, each CAN bus module is connected with the CAN-BUS in-situ bus network, two redundant machines are arranged between the CAN-BUS in-situ bus network and the TCP/IP network, an OPC server is arranged in each redundant machine, the OPC server is connected with the CAN-BUS in-situ bus network through the CAN bus interface, two redundant machines are communicated with the ship management level by the TCP/IP network. By using the OPC technology, under the wicked environment and the ship cabin with complex system, the data transmission between the ship management level and the ship in-situ system is more rapid, convenient and reliable, and the integration of the ship information system can be realized.
