Las Heridas en las redes sociales: cayendo en la era 2.0

espanolActualmente nos encontramos en una “era tecnologica” que facilita el intercambio de conocimiento y modifica la manera de llevar a cabo los cuidados. Con internet y la tecnologia surgen nuevos medios de comunicacion. En este estudio se indaga concretamente la red social de Facebook, analizando desde un enfoque cualitativo las preguntas planteadas, libremente, en dos grupos dedicados al deterioro de la integridad cutanea. Se pretende examinar las preocupaciones del grupo y analizar la utilidad de este intercambio de informacion. Encontramos que la mayor parte de preguntas planteadas tienen que ver con heridas quirurgicas y productos utilizados. Se observa que la red social puede servir de importante escenario de debate, que ademas permite compartir experiencias con profesionales de distintos ambitos y continentes. Sin embargo, tambien sirve de espacio para la busqueda de respuestas y soluciones rapidas o milagrosas, que se dan en muchos casos por experiencia propia, sin la suficiente base cientifica; e incluso sin hacer uso un lenguaje tecnico. Teniendo en cuenta las ventajas y limitaciones que la red ofrece, es necesario para asegurar la respuesta a aquello que buscamos, encontrar un razonamiento cientifico y valido. EnglishWe are currently in a “technological age” that facilitates the exchange of knowledge and modifies the way to take care. Through Internet and technology arise new means of communication. This study investigates specifically the social network Facebook, analyzed from a qualitative approach the questions raised, freely, in two groups dedicated to damage skin integrity. It is intended to examine the group’s concerns and evaluate the usefulness of this exchange of information. We find that most questions are related to surgical wounds and used products. It shows that the social network can serve as an important forum for debate, also be able to share experiences with professionals from different fields and continents. However, it also serves for finding answers and quick or miracle solutions, which occur in many cases from personals experiences, without enough scientific basis; and even without using a technical. Considering the advantages and limitations that the network offers, it is necessary for ensuring the answer to what we seek, find a scientific and valid reasoning.
