An integrated circuit, comprising: a first transistor (118) having a first gate and a first source; a second transistor (120a) having a second gate and a second source; a first source contact (136a) of the above second transistor (120a) is arranged and which is coupled to the first source and the second source; and a source contact connected to the first (136a) coupled to said first bonding line (144a), wherein the integrated circuit further comprises a circuit (110) which is adapted to the first and second transistors (118, 120a) turn on in response to an input signal to switch off the second transistor (120a) in response to an overload condition and the first transistor (118) in continuation of the overload state switch off at a later time.
