Population diversity research on endophytic bacteria of Tian Fu peanuts

Tian Fu No.11,Tian Fu No.12,Tian Fu No.13 and Yue Yi peanut,the four major peanut cultivars in Sichuan province,were collected for the analysis of population dynamics and distribution within the different stages and different plant organs of endophytic bacteria.One hundred and seventy endophytic bacterial strains were isolated,including fifteen actinobacterial strains.As a result of taxonomic identification,all the endophytic bacterial strains were grouped into sixteen genera of bacteria.Bacillus was the most dominant genera in peanut endophytic bacteria,and eleven species within Bacillus genera were identified.According to the results of antimicrobial test,except two strains,the other thirteen actinobacterial isolates which belong to Streptomyces genera could antagonize B.subtilis in different levels,especially Lavendulae strains 11-02 and 13-10,which had the best antagonistic effect.
