The invention relates to a usage method of applying a power circuit breaker spring dismounting device, and the spring dismounting device comprises two seesaws, a support bar and an adjusting rod. A pointed blade head is installed on the front end of each seesaw; a U-shaped groove is installed at the central section of the front end of each seesaw; a first through hole is installed in each seesaw; a shaft rod is installed at the rear end of each seesaw; a first outside thread is installed at the tail end of each shaft rod; the support bar comprises a screw rod, a preload nut, a compression spring, a bulb slide block and a bulb nut; the adjusting rod comprises joint shaft heads installed on the shaft rods and a connective bar movably connected between two joint shaft heads; the joint shaft heads comprise inner rings, outer rings and connecting rods; and spacing nuts for restricting the joint shaft heads are installed on the first outside threads at the tail ends of the shaft rods. The adjusting rod and the support bar can be used continuously when a great inclined angle is formed between the seesaws and the adjusting rod and the support bar, thereby increasing the adjusting scope substantially.
