The Knowledge Transformation and Method Synthesis of Constitutional Law in China:A Perspective on Academic Arguments since the 1990s

Since the 1990s,the theoretical system and research paradigms of Constitutional law in China experienced a rapid development period marked with frequent and intense academic arguments.An academic history study about the ontology,theory of knowledge and methodology of Constitutional law shows that the research topics and paradigms have experienced two stages and presented the characteristics of "Reflection and Restatement".With the continuing social transformation and state-building process,the Chinese constitutional law needs to seek a new census based on constitutional text and practice and put forward an integral theory and method which interprets Chinese issues,bridges facts and values and indicates building constitutionalism in China.
