DEVELOPMETING TALENT RESOURCE AND RECONSTRUCTING PETROLEUM GLORY IN THE WEST OF CHINA

This paper discusses the importance of the stratagems on big development in the west of China for the development of facilitating petroleum industry and reconstructing the glory of western petroleum. Meanwhile, it briefly illustrates the close relationships between talent resources development, education cultivation and resplendence of the western petroleum. In addition, the paper presents the fundamental ways of education cultivation and strengthening the talents cultivation.
