Perilla leaf extract and extraction method thereof

The invention discloses a perilla leaf extract and an extraction method thereof. The perilla leaf extract comprises 1 part of active ingredient A extracted first and 1.25 parts of active ingredient B extracted for the second time, in parts by weight. After the ingredient A is extracted, polyphenols and anthocyanin in the perilla leaves are removed by use of a microwave method. The ratio of the ingredients of the perilla leaf extract is close to that of oils of the perilla leaves; especially, the ratio of perillaldehyde and the ratio of perillene are relatively high.
