High competition in getting good job make vocationalhigh school’s student have to prepare more than before. On theother hand, vocational high school student have less knowledgeabout career choices that meet their competencies. Furthermore,school counselor has important role in guiding students to reachtheir right career but school counselor has limitation in usingpsychological assessment tools to help students in career decisionmaking. Purpose in this study is providing program that trainschool counselor in helping students to make career planningbased on online assessment tools. Method of this program istraining for trainer that is held in two days. Participations of thisstudy are 20 school counselor from some vocational high school inCentral Jakarta. Result shows that there is significant differencein knowledge of school counselor between before and afterparticipating the program. The result implied that the programsucceed to increase knowledge about career planning on schoolcounselor. In addition, results of follow up study show that66,05% of participants remember all training materials, 68,42%participants have shared the training materials to students andcolleagues, 52,63% participants have applied training materials inlearning activities at school, and all participants have plan to applytraining materials.
