The invention relates to a plane layout of a water-borne natural-gas filling station wharf boat. The plane layout is characterized in that the natural-gas wharf boat comprises an LNG (liquefied natural gas) storage tank equipment and system component, an aerating and refueling operation location, accommodation spaces, machine spaces and service spaces, the LNG storage tank equipment and system component is arranged on a first-layer freeboard deck, the machine space and the service space are arranged on a first-layer plywood, the main accommodation spaces are arranged on a third-layer plywood, and part of the accommodation spaces and part of the service spaces are arranged on a second-layer plywood. Compared with the prior art, the plane layout has the advantages that since the filling station wharf boat is narrow in space and location and dangerous-goods operation is involved, security of the wharf boat can be further guaranteed and security risks brought by combustible gas and combustible liquid can be eliminated or lowered by the ingenious layout and design, integral safety of the filling station wharf boat can be ensured, and security of surrounding personnel, property and environment can be guaranteed; through comprehensive arrangement, the spaces are fully utilized.
