The invention discloses an environment-friendly inflaming retarding photoelectric combined shielding digital communication cable. The cable sequentially comprises a cable core, a polyester belt, a transfer current wire, a shielding layer and an outer sheath from inside to outside. The cable core sequentially comprises an optical fiber unit, an inner sheath with fins and a plurality of groups of twist pairs from inside to outside. The optical fiber unit comprises a center reinforcing member arranged at the center position and a single mode fiber surrounding the center reinforcing member. The inner sheath with the fins wraps the outer portion of the optical fiber unit, the plurality of groups of twist pairs are evenly distributed on the inner sheath with the fins, and each group of twist pair is formed by winding two single wires. The communication cable adopts integrated design, saves wiring space, and is convenient and quick to lay and small in installation work load. The inner sheath and the outer sheath both adopt the environment-friendly inflaming retarding low smoke zero halogen sheathing material, double-layer protection is adopted, and excellent inflaming retarding performance is improved. The capability to resist the external electromagnetic interference is high, and normal work of other devices and the network is not interfered.
