Clinical study of bladder musoca replace urethral to treat the complex urethral stricture

Objective:To study the clinical effect of bladder musoca replace urethral to treat complex urethral stricture.Methods:32 patients with complex urethral stricture were treated with bladder musoca graft urethroplasty after be cutting the scar tissue of urethral and be following up.Results:The procedure was performed successfully at one-stage in 30 cases without complication. Urethral stricture developed again in 2 cases for postoperative infection. The same operation was performed again and succeed. 26 cases were followed up for 1 year to 10 years and showed easy micturition.Conclusions:This surgical procedure is a better method for the treatment of complex urethral stricture and effect is evident.
