Sobre os limites da participação político-partidária e religiosa nas rádios comunitárias

2020
The article discusses the political-partisan and religious presence in the Brazilian community radios from a historical discussion about their constitution; specific cases; qualitative and quantitative research results, and analysis of normative and legal decisions. Taking into account its complexities and rejecting generalizations, it is suggested that there are gradations ranging from total subjection to the plural participation of political parties and religions as constituent political actors. On the other hand, we questioned attitudes by established powers, including current state acts that can weaken and, in the limit, implode what has been socially and politically constituted - and historically we have named - community radios.
