RFLP Standardization Report for DO Beta/EcoRI

The DOB/EcoRI system was the least polymorphic of the beta-probe combinations. Only three fragments were identified; however, all these were DO beta-unique (Table 1, Fig. 1) (i.e., did not cross-hybridize with other class 2 probes). The banding pattern for this system was simple despite the fact that all three fragments were polymorphic.
