Inflammatory periapical cysts represent a considerable proportion in the epedimiologic distribution. Your diagnosis is carried out by the association between the clinical, radiographic, tomographic examination and histopathological. The treatment of these injuries comprises from the Endodontic treatment of teeth to its surgical enucleation. This article has as objective the description of a case report of one patient with large swelling in the bucal mucosa in the anterior teeth, which was diagnosed as inflammatory cyst. The treatment was surgical enucleation and the surgical cavity was filled with calcium sulfate. Control clinical and radiographic proven the complete repair of the injury and disappearance of the sign and symptoms.
