This article has as objective the description of a case report of one patient with large swelling in the bucal mucosa in the anterior teeth, which was diagnosed as inflammatory cyst. The treatment was surgical enucleation and the surgical cavity was filled with calcium sulfate. Control clinical and radiographic proven the complete repair of the injury and disappearance of the sign and symptoms.
