Design of Grain Moisture Test Apparatus Based on Resistance Test

Grain moisture is a key problem of grain storage and process.How to measure it fast and truely is the demand of reduing cost and raising produce efficiency for enterprises.By so far there are different methods which have their disadvan-tages.This paper introduces resistance ratio method based on measuring impulse width according to the grain′s media electric characteristics.It describes measure principle,hardware design and software flow chart in detail.This apparatus has some advantages such as high measure accuracy,low power consumption,good interface for man and machineand so on.
