TEM analysis of radiation effects in ODS steels induced by swift heavy ions

Abstract Oxide dispersion strengthened steels ODS Eurofer and ODS 13.5Cr-0.3Ti were irradiated with 945 MeV Au ions and 167 MeV Xe ions at room temperature.
