Diamond saw bit and its manufacturing method

A diamond saw bit for machining the refractory brick of high-temp furnace is prepared through proportionally mixing the fine particles of W, Co, Cu, Sn and Fe with diamond particles, stirring, loading in mould, high-temp and -pressure pressing to obtain alloy knives, and welding them onto circumference of a steel disc.
